RETURN POLICY

Apparel and Accessories Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit. Please note we do not accept returns on underwear, boxers or boxer briefs.

In order to process your return, items must be returned in the original box or package be attached. Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

If you’d like to return your purchase for other reasons, including color, style or other aesthetic reasons, a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed; customer must pay for return freight to the warehouse; original delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
• If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
• You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Standard Return Shipping

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

• Pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached, to ensure proper credit.
• Please identify your reason for return on the back of the packing slip and include it in the return package.
• Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
• You will need to return the merchandise to the warehouse that shipped your purchase. This information will be shown on your packing slip. You can also refer to the warehouse address listed under Return Policy.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
• Keep the Return Order Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
• To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
• Merchandise credit will be issued for gift returns.
• To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip.
• Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original method of payment (credit card and merchandise credit).
• If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail.
• Allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
• Allow 3 business days for the refund to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
• You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
• If your state required taxes on shipping, we will refund shipping tax when an item is returned.

No Packing Slip?

Please include the following information with your return / exchange:

• Name, full address, daytime phone number, email address
• Please indicate the reason for the return
• Indicate if you want an exchange for a different size/color/item
• If the merchandise is defective or arrived damaged
• Date of purchase and method used for payment
• Order number (if available)

CREDIT

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If any portion of your order is paid for with a gift card, that portion of your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Exchanges/Defective Merchandise:

If you’re exchanging an item because of an error on the part of yuasastudios.com or because of quality issues, yuasastudios.com will pay the cost of Standard Ground shipping to send a replacement item to you.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us.

It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you email, please have your order number available. If you do not know your order number, please visit our Order Tracking page to find the number in Your Order History. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received.

Please note: YUASA is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
